Do politicians get any more stupid than Priti Patel?

The woman who thought it would help the Brexit negotiations to emphasise that Ireland could encounter food shortages revealed that she didn’t know the difference between terrorism and  counterterrorism as brilliantly exposed by Michael Spicer

It would seem the correct number was 334,974

During the same briefing Priti Vacant tried to deflect the blame for the lack of PPE from the government onto the public. I’m sure members of the Civil Service will recognise that characteristic behaviour. It’s probably best described by an expert:
